Need to vote on the proposal to start the next TSC on January 18th,  New schedule is proposed to be the same as last year (Tuesdays 9AM EST).  Proposal passed with no objections.

Note that the TSC Planning meeting will be rescheduled to allow EU based members to attend.  More to come.

    • Beth opened to floor to discuss the DTF:
    • A lot of great content and good participation for the Anuket Assured session.
    • AIML has a good outcome
    • 392 registrants, we do not have the number of participants
    • A meeting is planned with CNCF on Feb 2 from 16h UTC. If anyone is interested to participate please send your email to Gergely Csatari
    • EUAG still need support- members are interested in driving requirements back into the projects.  Vendors do find the white papers valuable.

After the recent Intelligent Networking webinar, ITU reached out to the community to request participation in their crowd sourcing collaboration projects that are related to AI/ML problems.  There are different options to collaborate.   There are some possibilities 

Will provide more details – postponed to next week.  The lead for the project will join the TSC call.  Sridhar Raois doing the work to create a project proposal.

    Some PRs have been opened to automate the conversion process.  Right now it is done by hand which slows the conversion process down.  Please do review the conversion pr-s as soon as possible.  RC1 and RC2 are already converted per Cedric Ollivier  The process works really well.  You need to check all the links inside the doc in addition to converting to rst formatting.  We should move to Matherial Sphinx theme after the first pr-s of conversion are merged.

      •  Docs Project: revamp and develop a consistent place and process to manage documentation.

    Strawman schedule available - e-mail. Not yet entered into event calendar.

    There is interest in making doc standards across the LFN community.  Best practices, common set of required docs across all the LFN projects.  Cedric Ollivieris proposing to add standards tools as well.  ONAP and Anuket are currently the two biggest projects.    Synergy between these two projects will go a long way.

      •  EasyCLA support - Issue appears to be resolved.
      •  Pranab - ready to start on-boarding,
      •  There are still some challenges to moving forward with the conversion to the new tools.  There are some objects to moving.  The decision has been postponed to be revisited in the new year by the new TSC.  Needs more discussion and consideration on how to move forward.
