- Beth opened to floor to discuss the DTF:
- A lot of great content and good participation for the Anuket Assured session.
- AIML has a good outcome
- 392 registrants, we do not have the number of participants
- A meeting is planned with CNCF on Feb 2 from 16h UTC. If anyone is interested to participate please send your email to Gergely Csatari
- EUAG still need support- members are interested in driving requirements back into the projects. Vendors do find the white papers valuable.

- Marketing Update
Since there is no contractual or legal requirements to sign, Thoth will be the entity that is representing the project from Anuket. Registration opening in April, but need abstract or description in March. The registration will be closed in May. The competition will run from May to September. The data should be available by April or May. - Will need to add Thoth to the release planning documents
- Software Projects plans will need release plans (link to release page added).
- Cedric Ollivier: "Could you please copy/paste RC1 and RC2 validation plans from Lakelse to Moselle ? It's exactly the same CI/CD best practices."
Requirements were sent out to the list. Link is in the agenda. The final release data is currently June 14, 2022, which conflicts with developers conference. Will probably move either one week earlier or later. TSC can decide later which one makes more sense. David McBrideis encouraging all the project teams to complete the project planning information and requirements. You have a week to complete. Should be fairly easy and straight forward. | ||

Some PRs have been opened to automate the conversion process. Right now it is done by hand which slows the conversion process down. Please do review the conversion pr-s as soon as possible. RC1 and RC2 are already converted per Cedric Ollivier The process works really well. You need to check all the links inside the doc in addition to converting to rst formatting. We should move to Matherial Sphinx theme after the first pr-s of conversion are merged.

There is interest in making doc standards across the LFN community. Best practices, common set of required docs across all the LFN projects. Cedric Ollivieris proposing to add standards tools as well. ONAP and Anuket are currently the two biggest projects. Synergy between these two projects will go a long way.

| Will need a vote of the TSC Discussion about the various roles. Is the TSC leads the right people to be the master admins? Way too much overhead and more burden. Cedric Ollivier If we follow the opensource rules, the most important contributors should be as code owners. Al Morton I agree with Karine that more than one person should have merger rights. Also, 3 positive reviews should lead to a merger, as the rules seem to state... To be continued to next week. | ||
