Release information

• Nile sign off: 6th of January. But there are issues on the gates for software projects, runners are down. On specifications side, there are still changes ongoing.
• Cédric is rewritting jobs on Anuket Releng for software projets, there is an impact also for specifications, but less visisble.
• PR3293 needs to be merged, it updates Nile release information
•  Orinoco:
  • Kickoff: for all projets
  • Release definition: TBD
  • Release scope (M2): TBD
  • Content freeze (M4): TBD
  • Proofreading (M4S): TBD
  • Sign off (M5): for all projets
• The projet RA1/RC1 must define its own sprints and milestones
