This idea is that the documents for RC2 would support both RC2 and RI2 so that they might easily be combined by the same PTL.  Riccardo Gasparetto Stori is currently the PTL for RA2 RA2.  What possibility is that Riccardo Gasparetto Stori would be willing to share what is going on with RA2 to bridge the gap between RA2, RC2 and RI2.  Scot Steele will send a follow up email to the TSC and to Riccardo Gasparetto Stori to see if this approach will fly.  We already have a precedent in RC1/RI1 where the PTL is the same, so it can work.
