Background Information

After many discussions, including e-mail discussion beginning on 29 May 2020, agreement at a weekly tech discuss meeting 15 Jun 2020 and a vDTF Session 25 Jun 2020, the community feedback has been incorporated in the kuberef project proposal page. On 23 Jun 2020, the TSC agreed that the off-line Wiki Vote starts as soon as Project Proposal is complete (Today/this week).
