• Decision for Moselle and Nile:
  • chapter 2: "MUST", "SHOULD", and other key words related to requirements must be in capital letters.
  • chapter 1: Convention section with capital letters (text copied from RFC 2119)
  • elsewhere: lower case in text description
  • Modifications to be cherry picked in Moselle
