A:Gergely Csataridoublecheck how the charter defines quorum in case of even TSC
"Quorumfor TSC meetings requires at least a majority of all voting members ofthe TSC to be present. The TSC may continue to meet if quorum is not met, butwill be prevented from making any decisions at the meeting."
We did have not have had Anuket representation in the TAC meeting since August. Need to determine how we can make sure we are represented at this critical meeting.
