Discussion of TSC recommendations

Scot Steele 

Discussion of strategic goals for LFN and Anuket specifically, and how we have not delivered on the original goals.  The hyperscalers have become more important in the telecom ecosystem.  Pankaj Goyal notes a number of operators mention "CNTT conformance" in their specifications.

LFN has been focusing on giga-projects in recent years, might want to work on smaller more focused projects to gain support and be more effective.  There are huge costs related to testing that got lost in the project details.  We need to align the specifications with the testing (test driven development), because the testing is the value add to the operators and vendors.
